        abstract = {This study aims to determine the effect of team work, communication and leadership on the employee work productivity. The dependent variable in this study is work productivity, while the independent variables ini this study were team work, communication, and leadership. The population in this study were all employees at Head Office BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. Sumpling in this study is using a purposive sample. The data ini this study is obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. In this study using 40 questionnaires that can be prosecced. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that teamwork, communication and leadership partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the employee work productivity at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep.}
