The population in this study were all employees of Bank Muamalat KC Kediri. Sampling in this study used a sampling technique (Nonprobability Sampling) with saturated sampling. The primary data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires. In this study, 33 questionnaires were processed. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that competence and work discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the competence variable has a positive effect on employee performance with t count 2.113. While the work discipline variable has no effect on employee performance with a t count of 0.615. %Z Pembimbing: Farid Hidayat, S.H., M.S.I.
