Methods of data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were 42 employees at the BPD DIY Syariah bank. The primary data in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires that had been carried out by researchers. In this research, a total of 42 questionnaires can be processed entirely. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that individual competence, job training, work compensation and work environment simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. Partially, work compensation has no positive effect on employee performance with tcount of -1.226 with a significance value of 0.228. On the job training variable has a positive effect on employee performance with tcount of 2,928 and a significance of 0,006. Work compensation variable has no positive effect on employee performance with tcount of -0.208 with a significance value of 0.837. And for the work environment variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount of 2.265 and a significance of 0.029. It can be concluded that Individual Competence and Work Compensation have no effect on Employee Performance of BPD DIY Syariah bank and Job Training and Work Environment have an effect on Employee Performance of BPD DIY Syariah.} }
