One of them is Islamic Banking in Indonesia, the development of Islamic Banks in Indonesia is growing rapidly. In maintaining a business in this increasingly fierce competition, it is necessary to take an action that makes employee performance increase, including leadership style, training and compensation. This research was conducted at Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, training and compensation on employee performance at Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained by 31 respondents. Data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires and interviews. The research method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24.The results of this study indicate that leadership style, training and compensation have a significant positive effect on employee performance at Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta. %K Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pelatihan, Kompensasi %D 2021 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib48377
