Quality of work life is a program carried out by the company by creating a sense of security, job satisfaction, and conditions to be able to grow and develop as human beings through organizational policies. The application of the right quality of work life from the company to employees to date must be developed so that the company's goals can run smoothly because the satisfaction factor of human resource management can improve employee performance. The independent variables in this study are quality of work life and job satisfaction, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The population in this study were 43 employees of Bank BPD DIY Syariah. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and multiple linear regression data analysis techniques as well as path and Sobel analysis to determine the effect of mediation. The test results show that the quality of work life variable affects job satisfaction and performance, job satisfaction variable affects performance, and job satisfaction variable is able to mediate the effect of quality of work life on employee performance at Bank BPD DIY Syraiah.
