However, in this study, special issues related to employee work productivity as the dependent variable, the concept of career development of the new strategy paradigm will be presented as the independent variable, and motivation as the moderating variable. This research aims to determine whether career development with the concept of this new strategic paradigm affects work productivity, and whether motivation can moderate this career development concept or not, at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP 1 and 2 located in Pati Regency. The population used in this study were 32 employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP 1 and 2 Pati with random sampling technique. The data collection method used is an online questionnaire with multiple linear regression data analysis tools and the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) test through IBM SPSS Statistic 21. The test results show that 4 (four) indicators of the concept of career development of the new strategy paradigm, namely competitive challenges, gaining tenure future, mobilizing the future, and arriving first in the future as independent variables have a positive effect on employee work productivity.
