The population in this study were employees of BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling method. The primary data in this study were obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and interviews. In this study, 38 questionnaires were processed. The analytical tools used are multiple linear regression analysis and MRA analysis. The results show that the work environment has no effect on employee performance. Workload and compensation affect employee performance. Work discipline can moderate the influence of the work environment on employee performance. Meanwhile, work discipline cannot moderate the relationship between the influence of workload and compensation on employee performance.
