Sampling with non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method with a number of data 39 questionnaires were processed. OLS regression was used with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 20 data analysis tool. The results of the research on personality, leader-member exchange, and organizational commitment simultaneously had a positive effect on OCB. Partially, personality and organizational commitment have a positive effect on OCB. However, the leader-member exchange has a negative effect on OCB.
