One of technologies included in the banking sector is mobile banking. Mobile banking can be interpreted as a banking application disigned to make it easier for customer to carry out financial transactions anywhere and anytime by using a smartphone. In the fact the increase of smartphone and internet user in Indonesian are not in line with mobile banking application user. There are still relatively few islamic mobile banking users. One of the factors that causes it is due to the age factor. Person with the more mature age, they will tend to have difficulty processing a new and complex technology. The aims of this study was to determine whether the age variable can be moderate the behavior of using mobile banking for Islamic bank customer. The population in this study are Islamic banking customers who use mobile banking. In this study data collection by used purposive sampling method, with the number of research respondent is 150 respondents. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS assisted by SmartPLSPLS 3.3.3 Software. The result of this study indicate that interest of used (behavioral intention) mobile banking is influenced by performance expectancy and hedonic motivation. Meanwhile, the variables of effort expectancy and social influence have no effect on behavioral intention. Furthermore, price value, facilitating conditions, habit, and behavioral intention have succeeded in influencing the use behavior of islamic bank customers that use mobile banking.
