Results and achievements organization cannot be separated from the performance or hard work of a member in an organization. In the world of work, member need to work hard to achieve the target with hoping of reward such as money or salary to meet the necessities of life. As explained in the theory of human relations when member wants to succeed effectively and efficiently it is no longer by forcing employees to work continuously. Then employees will work more professionally when they have what they needed. This research is aimed to determine the effect of organizational communication on work motivation on Youth and Sports Office Sleman Regency employees. This study uses quantitative approach. Sample of this study was taken through a saturated sampling technique. Based on simple linear regression analysis, the effect of organizational communication on work motivation of employees is 51.3\%, while work motivation of employees is 48.7\% influenced by other variables not mentioned in this study. Moreover, obtained a significance value 0.000 {\ensuremath{<}}0.05 so the decision is Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.} }
