abstract: Company value is one component that is used as the basis for making investment decisions for investors. A good company value indicates that the company has attractive investment opportunities to promising future performance prospects. Firm value is influenced by several factors such as Firm Size, Leverage, and Rentability. This study aims to examine the effect of firm size, leverage, and rentability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. The data used in this study are the annual financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which focus on companies that distribute dividends during 2015-2020, as many as 65 companies. The method used in this study is using the Eviews 10. The results show that, firm size has no significant effect on firm value. Leverage and Rentability have a significant negative effect on firm value. Dividend Policy is able to moderate the relationship between Firm Size, Leverage, and Rentability to Firm Value.
