abstract: Green Finance consists of green-based finance with the principle of environmental and climate prevention. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the application of green finance on the company's financial performance moderated by the Islamic label variable. The object used is a company listed in Thomson Reuters Assets for the period 2011-2018. Based on this population, 36 companies were selected as research samples. The number of observations used were 288 observations. The type of data used is panel data with data processing using STATA.14 software. Panel data regression analysis was performed using multiple linear regression and interaction moderation tests. The results of this study indicate that Social Performance has a significant positive effect because of an increase in corporate image from Social Performance so as to improve market performance in line with stakeholder theory. Governance Performance has a significant negative effect on Tobin's Q. Because the high level of standardization of corporate ethics will tighten governance so that investors are reluctant to invest, the impact of Tobin's Q value will be reduced. Interestingly, Environmental Performance has no significant effect. Meanwhile, Sharia Label is able to moderate the three proxies of green finance variables. Sharia companies will strengthen environmental and governance performance towards Tobin's Q. The better environmental and governance performance in sharia companies will get recognition from good society and avoid agency conflicts. There is an interesting finding that Islamic companies can weaken Social Performance against Tobins'Q.
