However, in reality the inclusiveness of Islamic financial institutions still reflects a fairly strong gap. This study tries to analyze the effect of the Value Added Intellectual Capital (VAIC) component on financial inclusion. VAIC components consist of; Value Added Capital Employed (VACE), Value Added Human Capital (VAHC) and Value Added Structure Capital (VASC). Islamic financial inclusion in this study is measured by the amount of benevolent loan by the BUS and profit-sharing ratio to out standing financing disbursed by the BUS. The method used is data collection regression with a research sample of 5 Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia in 2011-2020. The results of this study indicate that VACE has a positive influence on Islamic financial inclusion which is proxied by the number of benevolent funds. On the other hand, VAHC has a negative effect on the financial inclusion of Islamic banking. As for the three components that make up VAIC, VASC is the most dominant component in increasing BUS financial inclusion in Indonesia. %Z Pembimbing: Dr. H. Syafiq Mahmadah Hanafi, M.Ag.
