In addition, it is often used as an indicator of economic success. So there needs to be special attention, so that the country's progress can be achieved. This study attempts to analyze the effect of the Corruption Perception Index and foreign exchange reserves on economic growth in ASEAN countries in 2005-2019 through Foreign Direct Investment. This research uses path analysis with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) approach. Statistically, the results show that there is a significant positive effect on each independent variable except the foreign exchange reserve variable which has a significant negative effect on economic growth. In addition, the Foreign Direct Investment variable is able to mediate the relationship between the Corruption Perception Index and foreign exchange reserves on economic growth. It is concluded that in order to achieve better economic growth in ASEAN countries, the government needs to increase investment and maintain the stability of the country's condition.} }
