In the last few decades, economic growth has continued to show a significant increase. This study is intended to determine the effect of Human Capital (HC), Domestic Investment (PMDN) and Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) on economic growth in Indonesia in 2010-2019. The data used in this study uses panel data for the period 2010-2019, then uses quantitative research methods with the Eviews 9 analysis tool. This study uses panel data regression analysis with Fixed Effect Model (FEM) as the best model analysis. The results of statistical tests show that all independent variables have a significant positive effect on economic growth. This positive influence is caused by higher education and increasing investment so that it can stimulate economic growth. However, the labor force participation rate variable has a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Thus, it can be concluded that in order to increase economic growth, there is a need for a good and quality workforce so that economic growth in Indonesia is increasing.
