Various digital events were held and government support was given so that the nation's children were ready to go to the international stage of appreciation through creative works that were present in the community. The presence of the creative industry must be supported by team solidarity that is built in good cohesiveness so as to produce creative works that can get awards at national and international levels. A strong team has high cohesiveness. One of the Creative Industries in Yogyakarta, namely Sebangku Games, has won various achievements and has succeeded in becoming a startup with a team of six people. However every team has their own capacity while maintaining a value of cohessivity. In communications dynamic, some may left and some stay still. The purpose of this research is to explore the communication dynamics of Sebangku Games startup in building cohesiveness. This study uses a qualitative method with the theory of group cohesiveness and group communication dynamics. The result of this study shows that there are many factors which led to a good group communications dynamic while building cohessivity. Including teamwork, conflict, trust, and cohessivness between members.
