abstract: Palm Oil Mill PT. Gajah Sakti Sawit (GSS) is a company that produces commodities in the form of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel Oil (PKO). In the production of PT. GSS requires raw materials (palm oil) obtained from community plantations. However, supply chain activities at the company experience problems which are marked by differences between production planning and actual production. These differences can be seen from the non-fulfillment of customer demands, slow production times and delays in raw materials entering the company. The aim of this research is to know the results of supply chain performance at PT. GSS and provide suggestions for improvements to attributes with low performance values. These problems can be measured by using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model to determine the level of the company's supply chain performance. The results of the study show the average value of supply chain reliability performance obtained is 99.54%, responsiveness 23 days, agility 73.75%, and asset management efficiency 3 days and the results of the calculation of improvements for reliability performance are 100%, responsiveness 21 days, agility 64.42%, and asset management efficiency 3 days.
