This WAV is like a person writing on a blackboard. This study aims to: 1) develop WAV on static fluid materials, 2) determine the quality of WAV on static fluid materials. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research with the ADDIE development model, namely Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation, and Evaluation. However, this research was carried out until the Development stage, namely developing a video based on whiteboard animation to determine the quality of the video from the material and media aspects. The research instrument used was an interview sheet to determine the quality of the video based on whiteboard animation. The video quality assessment was carried out by 3 material experts and 3 media experts. The results of this study are 1) the WAV product on static fluid material that was developed consists of 11 videos with a duration of 1-2 minutes, 2) WAV quality on good quality static fluid materials.
