In delivering the material, the teacher should prepare material that will be taught to students in an interesting way. Of course, it is adjusted to the conditions of the students, so that the learning atmosphere can run well, the students are enthusiastic and enthusiastic active during learning. It is intended that students have the ability to solve problems, analyze a problem, think critically and creatively, and can make the right decisions. The type of research used is field research with a qualitative approach. The method of determining the research subject uses purposive sampling and the data collection technique uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Then the data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that (1) The application of 4C skills by PAI teachers at the junior high school level in Sleman Yogyakarta Regency has implemented 4C skills. Although the implementation has not been maximized due to different school conditions, student backgrounds, and teachers teaching backgrounds (2) The results of the application of 4C skills by PAI teachers at the junior high school level in Sleman Yogyakarta Regency have been in accordance with each 4C ability indicator (3) Constraints The obstacles faced by PAI teachers are that students are less active in learning activities, students' backgrounds are different, students are passive when learning takes place and only a few students are active in learning, the different abilities of students to be creative and innovative students so that there are students who just sit idly by with other students, the presence of partitions or gangs in the class when forming groups, the use of learning methods that are less attractive to students because of the age factor of the teachers who are no longer young and use a lot of old methods, and students in learning only I will do the questions, answer the teacher's questions, and write summarizing the material because the teacher has not been maximal in applying the 4C skills as a whole.} }
