The State Kindergarten (TK) of Pembina Metro Central Lampung, is an educational institution that has supporting resources, especially regarding learning outside the classroom. This can train aspects of children's cognitive and gross motor development. Based on the previous explanation, it is very important to describe it comprehensively. The focus of this research is the implementation of the outdoor learning model in improving cognitive and gross motor skills at the State Kindergarten of Pembina Metro, Central Lampung. The objectives of this research are: 1) To analyze what outdoor learning models are used. 2) To understand how to implement outdoor learning. 3) To find out the impact arising from the use of outdoor learning in early childhood. This research is a descriptive qualitative research in which this research is used to obtain in-depth research results and is supported by a case study approach. Meanwhile, for the selection of research subjects, researchers used a non-probability sampling technique with the type of determining the subject of purposive sampling, namely: two educators and students. The data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. In order for this research to be more conclusive, the researchers used data analysis techniques in the form of reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Furthermore, the researchers re-checked the data they had by using triangulation, namely source triangulation and technical triangulation so that the research results were more credible. The results showed that the outdoor learning model used in the Pembina Metro Center State Kindergarten, namely, nature exploration, field trips, and field practicum. The implementation of the outdoor learning model in improving children's cognitive and psychomotor abilities includes: preparation stages such as preparing for learning, location, and media, implementation stages: informing activities, explaining how to play, students carrying out these activities, evaluation stages: observing cognitive and psychomotor development, and assess student progress. The impact of implementing outdoor learning is a positive impact: children are able to express what they feel, understand cause and effect, understand commands, children can move freely, be active, can maintain balance, improve hand and foot coordination.
