abstract: Currently, "fully online" learning is a learning solution in Indonesia and even the world. Learning activities in the home environment are becoming a trend, namely modern learning that is relevant to the needs of the 21st century community, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. For the purposes of evaluating the institution's internal policies, the authors further examine the evaluation of the implementation of the learning through evaluation research using the CIPPO model.
The type of research carried out is evaluative research by applying the CIPPO model which is analyzed by mixed methods research, namely a combination of qualitative and quantitative on an unbalanced percentage or called the concurrent embedded model with qualitative data processing as the primary method and quantitative data processing as a secondary method. Data collection was obtained from documentation, observation, interviews, and questionnaires to student respondents, curriculum and academic divisions, and students.
The findings in this study are; 1) The evaluation results on the context component are considered quite effective, as evidenced by the compatibility between the background criteria and the objectives of the program establishment and the needs of the participants; 2) The results of the evaluation on the input components are proven by the compatibility between the curriculum criteria, methods, and infrastructure support in the process of implementing learning with the conditions of the participants; 3) The results of the evaluation on the process component are considered quite effective, as evidenced by the suitability of the criteria for the presenters, timeliness, and involvement of students during the learning process and questionnaires that have been filled out by students; 4) The evaluation results on the product component are considered quite effective as evidenced by the learning outcomes of daily tests, mid-semester tests, end-semester tests. 5) Evaluation results on the outcome components are considered quite effective, as evidenced by the results of observations on changes in student enthusiasm after learning. 6) The results of the evaluation of all components of the criteria in the CIPPO are considered quite effective
