Zainal Arifin Ahmad, M.Ag abstract: Currently, "fully online" learning is a learning solution in Indonesia and even the world. Learning activities in the home environment are becoming a trend, namely modern learning that is relevant to the needs of the 21st century community, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. For the purposes of evaluating the institution's internal policies, the authors further examine the evaluation of the implementation of the learning through evaluation research using the CIPPO model. The type of research carried out is evaluative research by applying the CIPPO model which is analyzed by mixed methods research, namely a combination of qualitative and quantitative on an unbalanced percentage or called the concurrent embedded model with qualitative data processing as the primary method and quantitative data processing as a secondary method. Data collection was obtained from documentation, observation, interviews, and questionnaires to student respondents, curriculum and academic divisions, and students.
