Bread products are one of the products that must have a halal label. To ensure that the company produces bread that meets halal standards the company needs to pay attention to the termination of halal and thayyib. Based on observations carried out on PR Satria Sejahtera, shows the risks that affect the halal supply chain such as poorly maintained production facilities, lack of employee personal sanitation, and the absence of production operational standards. This study aims to identify, prioritize, and provide treatment for halal supply chain risks that occur in the company. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) as one of the most effective risk analysis methods, has been widely adopted in various fields to improve the security and reliability of systems. This method was applied by assessing the criteria for severity, frequency of failure, and ability to detect failure. The Risk Priority Number (RPN) value obtained by multiplying the three criteria is prioritized using a pareto diagram. The results show that there are 32 risks with 15 risks being prioritized. The improvements proposed to be implemented by the company are by conduct regular halal production process training, arranging cleaning and maintenance schedule for facilities and machines, implement halal operational standards, supervise production activities, and redesigning product packaging in accordance with food packaging labeling regulations. This improvement is expected to assist the company in overcoming the risks contained in its supply chain system. %Z Ir. Dwi Agustina Kurniawati, S.T., M.Eng., Ph.D.
