The contribution of MSMEs to the Indonesian economy includes the ability to absorb a total workforce that reaches 117 million or around 97% of the total workforce in Indonesia and can raise a total investment fund of up to 60.4%. In March 2020, Indonesia?s economic conditions began to change with the arrival of the Covid-19 virus. Various policies were taken to reduce the number of Covid-19, causing workers to work from home and reducing social mobility. The number of MSMEs affected by Covid-19 is evidenced by reduced consumers, decreased production, to sales that are at a loss because no one is buying. The purpose of this paper is to describe the role of e-commerce in strengthening MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is descriptive qualitative by using interviews and literature study. The results of this study indicate that e-commerce has an important role in helping MSMEs to sell their products and maintain their business during a pandemic that caused the economy to collapse.
