        abstract = {Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is one of the Indonesian government's programs in an effort to help improve people's welfare. This program has proven to be quite successful in reducing poverty in Indonesia. However, the problem that often occurs is the manual selection of prospective beneficiaries so that it takes a lot of time because of the large number of prospective beneficiaries. So that in this study it is necessary to have a decision support system that can help with problems that usually occur in determining the recipients of PKH assistance so that they are right on target in accordance with predetermined criteria.
The method used in this study is the Technique For Others Reference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The basic principle of this method is that the chosen alternative must have the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. The advantage of this method is that it prioritizes the selection based on the closest distance to the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance to the negative ideal solution.
Based on the research conducted, the Topsis method was successfully applied in determining the selection of PKH recipients based on the attributes and conditions that have been set. The test results on this system describe all the functionality of the system running well. The system can also provide recommendations for prospective beneficiaries with ranking results.}
