In its implementation, SPI selects the best Faculties and Work Units based on predetermined criteria still using manual calculations. This causes the SPI to find it difficult to do calculations when there is a change in the criteria in the ANOMIC assessment. Among the processes that can be carried out in this case is decision making. However, in general, decision makers often have difficulty finding the right problem solving method in a case. Comparative analysis of decision-making methods can be applied to overcome these problems. This study aims to determine the most sensitive method between the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in the assessment of the Non-Academic Quality Award (ANOMIK) for selected Faculties and Work Units in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The algorithm used in the comparative analysis is the sensitivity analysis algorithm. Based on the research that has been done, sensitivity analysis on the SAW method with 6 trials resulted in a total ranking change of 4862 and a total sensitivity percentage of 7.50\%. Sensitivity analysis on the AHP method with 6 trials resulted in a total ranking change of 5446 and a total sensitivity percentage of 8.41\%. The AHP method has a higher ranking value and percentage of sensitivity compared to SAW. Relevant decision making in the ANOMIK assessment of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta can be done using the AHP method.} }
