Good planning will produce an optimal profit. To optimize production, the availability materials, machines, and labor needs to be considered. The observation shows that the production planning problem in the company occurs because the company determines the amount of production based on estimation without considering the allocation of resources, it makes the available resources not used optimally. This study aims to determine the number of products that must be produced by the company so that the profits achieved are optimal. Linear programming and de novo programming methods are compared to obtain the highest maximum profit. The results show the number of products that must be produced using the linear programming method are 6.977 pieces of pandan meses flavor, 8.038 pieces of sesame-flavored pandan meses, 5.320 pieces of cheese flavor, 16.423 pieces of mocca flavor, 16.446 pieces of cheese mooncake, 9.360 pieces of chocolate flavor, and bread. unsalted 12.435 pieces, while with the de novo programming method shows number of sweet bread products that must be produced is 5.568 pieces of pandan meses flavor, 8.038 pieces of sesame flavored pandan meses, 3.965 pieces of cheese flavor, 16.423 pieces of mocca flavor, mooncake cheese flavored 14.733 pieces, 9.360 pieces of flavor chocolate, and white bread 16.913 pieces. The maximum profit obtained using the de novo programming method is Rp. 25.971.800 with a profit percentage of 6.76\% of the company's real profits, with the linear programming method the profit is smaller than the de novo programming method of Rp. 25.565.330. The de novo programming method is expected to be applied by the company to maximize profits.} }
