However, in fact, e-learning media has been used by several educational institutions and agencies along with the development of the digital era. One of the earliest educational institutions in implementing E-learning-based learning is Ruangguru. With the implementation of the E-learning system, students can access material and learn anytime and play games. Although the e-learning system has these advantages, learning from home is a successful independent learning activity that can only be influenced by each student as an individual. One of the determinants of success in learning is learning motivation. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to determine whether an E-learning can maintain students' learning motivation. This study uses the usability aspect of Zaharias and Poylymenakou and the Likert scale as a measurement for respondents who were selected using the Accidental Sampling technique. Accidental Sampling technique, namely the sample was drawn randomly and coincidentally according to the criteria. After data collection, analysis of the usability score calculation and analysis of the relationship between usability and instructional design was carried out on students' learning motivation. The calculation of the usability score was carried out using SPSS and excel software, while the relationship analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method using the AMOS 22 software. From the results of research with 183 respondents, 130 respondents data that can be continued to the analysis stage. It was found that the usability qualification of the Ruangguru E-learning system was at a very good level. Then based on SEM analysis, the results obtained that instructional design has a significant or high relationship to students' learning motivation. However, the usability aspect has a not too significant relationship.} }
