%T RESILIENSI DITINJAU DARI HARAPAN DAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL PADA MITRA PENGEMUDI GOJEK DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19
%X This study aims to know (1) the correlation of hope and resilience; (2) the correlation of social support and resilience; and (3) the correlation of hope and social support with resilience in drivers Gojek during the Covid-19 pandemic. The subjects of this study was 100 drivers Gojek who were taken by quota sampling. The data were collected using a resilience scale that has a reliability of 0,954, and a hope scale that has a reliability of 0,969, then a social support scale that has a reliability of 0,961. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are that there is a positive relationship between (1) hope with resilience has r score of 0,682; (2) social support with resilience has r score of 0,279; and (3) hope and social support with resilience has r score of 0,684. Hope and social support together contributed effectively to resilience of 46,7%, hope contributed effectively to resilience of 46,5%, while social support made on effective contribution to resilience of 7,8%.
