Foreign Direct Investment in this study is proxyed with FDI. The factors used in this study as an independent variable are Rupiah Exchange Rate, Interest Rate and Foreign Reserves. The data used in this study is secondary data which periodic or time series, by taking samples in the period 1990-2019, so there are a hundred and twenty points of observation. Secondary data sourced from data collected and processed by institutions or agencies that publish and use it, such as from Bank Indonesia (BI), which is then anlyzed using OLS methods. The results of this study show that there is no effect between Rupiah Exchange rate to Foreign Direct Investment and both have negatif correlation, for variables of Interest rates to Foreign Direct Investment have positive correlation but not significant. Another case with the third factore. Foreign Reserves, which have a significant and positive correlation on Foreign Direct Investment.} }
