MSMEs in practice have implemented certain tips and strategies in order to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Government support through juridical policies also has a major impact on national stability, especially on the economic resilience of MSMEs. Based on this, it is important to pay close attention to the efforts made by the Yogyakarta Regional Government through the relevant Offices as litigation to overcome the impact of the pandemic and how the tips and strategies of micro, small and medium enterprises in the City of Yogyakarta deal with the impact of the Covid19 pandemic. This research is categorized as analysis descriptif and using a sociological approach. The theoretical framework that the author use is based on the theory of economic resilience, the theory of supply and demand, the theory of GDP and trade recession and business adaptabillity. While the primary data of the object of research were coming from observations and interviews with business actors who affected by Covid-19 and also the Head of the Yogyakarta City Industry, Cooperation Enterprise and SMEs Office. The business economic recession caused by declining demand, limited raw materials, social restrictions, and declining consumer purchasing power has forced businesses to restructure marketing and transform digital-based businesses. The business economy cluster is actually a supporting factor for business sustainability, but there are sociological findings that businesses with a micro-cluster economy can also survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The government through the Ministry and Service has also promoted the recovery of MSMEs by designing programs, counseling, training, and implementation to boost the strengthening of MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic} }
