The purpose of the study is to describe and analyze the ethical view of the islamic business in the culinary sector of the Keramenan Imogiri shop is 100% Halal. This type of research is field research with a qualitative descriptive method with a normative approach to reviewing managerial policies. Data collection techniques used by the author are interviews with 2 owners, 4 employees, and 10 consumers and observation. Research indicates that the Keramenan Imogiri shop?s culinary business is 100% halal has not fully applied the basic concepts and ethical principles of the islamic business, as evidenced by the concept of responsibility related to halal assurance, namely halal certificates and official MUI halal labels that have not been fulfilled, the wage system for employees is not by the district minimum wage policy or a decent wage. Nevertheless, the shop owner kept a track of its commodities. Other islamic business ethics have been adopted, although not yet perfect.
