%X The development of Islamic banks is currently very fast, especially in Aceh. This study aims to examine the factors that influence employee performance in Islamic banking located in Aceh. This research was conducted at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Daud Beureueh 1 to determine and analyze religiosity, spiritual leadership, and Islamic performance ethics in improving employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Daud Beureueh 1 located in Aceh. This study took a sample of 40 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that religiosity, spiritual leadership and Islamic work ethics have a positive and significant impact on improving employee performance.
