This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at BTN Syariah KC Solo. Sampling in this study used non-probability sampling using a saturated sample technique. The total sample is 34 respondents. The primary data in this study was obtained by distributing a questionnaire with a Likert scale which has 4 alternative answers. The analytical technique used in this research is SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The results showed that the work environment and compensation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, while job stress had no effect on job satisfaction. Work stress, work environment, and compensation directly affect turnover intention. Job satisfaction variable is able to mediate compensation on turnover intention, but cannot mediate stress and work environment variables on employee turnover intention.} }
