This study ad0pts qualitative meth0ds, ad0pts descriptive naturalism and data c0llecti0n techniques in the f0rm 0f 0bservati0n, interview and survey, then perf0rms critical analysis and interpretati0n in three ways, namely simplificati0n 0f data, data presentati0n and verificati0n 0r the making 0f c0nclusi0ns. This study f0und that the perf0rmance 0f Ma'hadut Th0labah Babakan Tegal Private Madrasah teachers during the pandemic was still n0t 0ptimal, including that they c0uld n0t create a p0sitive and critical learning atm0sphere f0r students during the C0vid-19 pandemic. Vari0us fact0rs that influence teacher perf0rmance include the availability 0f facilities and infrastructure, a c0mf0rtable 0rganizati0nal envir0nment, the value 0f t0getherness between religi0us principals, teachers and all religi0us sch00l staff, teacher appreciati0n and teacher self-renewal.
