Core Self Evaluations (CSE) is a personality model that consists of four personality traits, namely self efficacy, self esteem, locus of control, and emotional stability. OCB is an important behavior for organizations to increase organizational effectiveness. The independent variables in this study are self efficacy, self esteem, locus of control, and emotional stability. While the dependent variable is OCB. This research used a questionnaire with a total sample of 38 respondents for collecting the data. The data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression method with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistic 25 data analysis tool. The test results show that the variables of self efficacy, self esteem and emotional stability have a significant positive effect on OCB, while the variables of locus of control have a significant negative effect on OCB at BPD DIY Branch Office Syariah.
