The data collection technique in this study used a cluster sampling method on Islamic bank customers spread throughout Indonesia, as many as 206 respondents as a sample and distributed online via google form. The analytical test used in this study uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) method, namely SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study indicate that corporate image and CSR have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty in Islamic banks in Indonesia. Meanwhile, GCG does not have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Islamic banks due to several indicators that have low values.
