The dependent variabel in this study is employee performance. While the independent variables in this study are syaria competence, Islamic compensation and spiritual quotient. The population in this study were all employees of Madina Syariah Bank. The sampling method used was carried out through questionnaires and interviews. The analysis used is multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the analysis show that the syaria competence and islamic compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
