However, there are many factors that can cause poverty, especially high demographic factors but not accompanied by a commensurate level of employment, causing an increase in unemployment. Therefore, poverty reduction efforts must be coordinated, and implemented comprehensively. This study aims to determine the effect of the Human Development Index (HDI), investment, population growth and inflation on poverty in Indonesia by taking the 2015 – 2019 research period. Using panel data regression analysis with the fixed effect (FEM) model as the best model for an analysis. The test results show that the independent variables Human Development Index (HDI), investment, population growth) affect 10 provinces in Indonesia (Papua, West Papua, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Maluku, Gorontalo, Aceh, Bengkulu, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). ), Central Sulawesi and South Sumatra. In addition, inflation has a positive and insignificant effect on poverty in Indonesia, because the higher the inflation rate, the people who initially have daily needs can be met at low prices. However, if inflation occurs, then will lead to higher poverty rates. %K Human Development Index (HDI), Investasi, Pertumbuhan Penduduk, Inflasi %D 2022 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib49912
