Moreover, gender bias occurs in the case of the translation. This study aims to explain the forms of gender bias that exist in Indonesian translation of Qur'an and to find the root cause of the occurrence of neutrality in the translation of Qur'an in Indonesia. The translation of Qur'an used consists of three translations that have different translation methods. These translations include the translation of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion's of perfected edition 2019, Indonesian Islamic University translation version, and Indonesian Mujahidin Council's version of the Tarjemah Tafsiriyah. Based on the problem statement, the result of this research concludes that the form of gender bias in the translation finds in some words in Qur'an such as the words wālidāni or wālidayn, abawāni or abawayn, zawj, zawjāni or zawjayni, and azwāj, nisā` or niswah, and words that are often used in the scope of women in their household and social life. Then, the difference meaning of Qur'an into Indonesian occurs because of a tendency towards one gender. In general, the tendency towards women occurs because influenced by feminism and the tendency towards men occurs because influenced by the translation method used and the culture of the community which is still dominated by patriarchy. date: 2022-01-20 type: Thesis type: NonPeerReviewed format: text language: id identifier: https://digilib.uin-suka.ac.id/id/eprint/49966/1/19201010009_BAB-I_IV-atau-V_DAFTAR-PUSTAKA.pdf format: text language: id identifier: https://digilib.uin-suka.ac.id/id/eprint/49966/2/19201010009_BAB-II_sampai_SEBELUM-BAB-TERAKHIR.pdf identifier: Nurul Ulmi Mansur, NIM.: 19201010009 (2022) IDEOLOGI DALAM TERJEMAHAN AL-QUR’AN DI INDONESIA (PERSPEKTIF BIAS GENDER).
