They use the website to publish articles. But, the website doesn‘t support notification feature so the readers doesn‘t know when the article is published and the comment feature just could be used by facebook user, it means if some people don‘t have a facebook account they couldn‘t post the comment. The website couldn‘t support fast feedback and doesn‘t have notification Meanwhile, Mojok.co uses twitter to increase the users. Both users who read the article from the link and the twitter‘s followers.This research discuss how twitter is used by mojok.co for increasing the user. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative type. The theoretica basis used is Richness Theory Media from Richard L. Daft and Robert H. Lengel, data collection methods use were in dept interviews, observation and documentation. The result of this research is twitter work out for increasing the users using four richness criterias. Immediancy usage by account @mojokdotco can be seen from the fast production of information and fastness feedback by another user to the account. For the multiple cues @mojokdotco uses some sign like tilde sign, unique sign and hashtag (#). @mojokdotco prioritize the use of hashtags for arrage the information. Language variety applied by use ―mylov‖ and named the admins.
