River water quality is an important thing that must be considered. One way to maintain river water quality is to always monitor water quality by analyzing river water. To analyze river water can use river water quality checking parameters. The easiest and most accurate parameter to use is the Biotilic parameter. With Biotilic parameters as parameters for determining river water quality and developed with a system that applies fuzzy logic, it can be a solution to help determine river water quality that is effective and efficient. In this research a geographical information system was developed to determine river water quality with Bioticic parameters. The system's data processing method will use the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method using Biotic parameters. And the information system development method uses the Extreme Programming Method. This method was chosen because the stages are simple and also more flexible to changes that occur. The results of this study are an information system that is able to display river water quality more effectively and efficiently. This is based on testing that has been done by testing the functionality and reusability of the system. The results of testing the system's functionality are 100\%, showing that all features and functions on this system can work well.} }
