The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with explanatory research approach. In testing the hypothesis used is the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method using the SmartPLS 3.0. application. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling technique with a sample of 29 respondent. Sources of data obtained through questionnaires given to employees of BPRS Mitra Harmoni Yogyakarta. The result showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at BPRS Mitra Harmoni Yogyakarta. However, leadership and compensation variables do not affect employee engagement at BPRS Mitra Harmoni Yogyakarta. The result also showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement after being moderated by job resources at BPRS Mitra Harmoni Yogyakarta. Meanwhile, leadership and compensation variables do not affect employee engagement after being moderated by job resources at BPRS Mitra Harmoni Yogyakarta.} }
