BPRS MADINA MANDIRI SEJAHTERA YOGYAKARTA) %X This study aims to explain the influence of the intensity of the use of social media, organizational culture, and organizational communication on employee performance Madina Syariah Bank in Yogyakarta. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. While the independent variables in this study are intensity of the use of social media, organizational culture, and organizational communication. The population in this study were all employees of Yogyakarta Madina Syariah Bank. The sampling method used was saturated samples or all members of the study population of 31 peoples. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and interviews. The analysis used is multiple linear regression techniques. The analysis shows that the organizational culture and organizational communication have a positive effect on employee performance.
