This research used in this research is a quantitative method with 2 research scales: the scale of learning motivation and the scale of the school environment. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Klaten with a total sample of 293 students. This Quantitative analysis uses a Pearson product moment method to see the relationship between the school environment and learning motivation, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the school environment and the learning motivation of students at SMAN 1 Klaten, this can be seen from the Sig (2-tailed) value of the 0.04 results. it means that there is a relationship between the environment and students' motivation in SMAN 1 Klaten. While the effective contribution obtained in the calculation of 31% which can be interpreted as the school environment has an effective contribution to learning motivation so that the other 96,9% is influenced by the condition of students in working on the questionnaire and noise in student class.
