This research is a Research and Development (R&D). This development is done using 4-D model which includes 4 main steps, namely (1) Define (2) Design (3) Develop (4) Disseminate. This research was done until the Develop steps in development testing. The research instruments used in the form of validation sheets, assessment sheets, student response sheets, and observational sheets of implementation. Module quality assessment uses a Likert scale with a scale of 4 and student response use the guttman scale created in the form of a checklist. While used descriptive form in enforceability. The results of this research are science modules integrated interconnected of Al-Qur'an and hadis on the temperature and heat material for class VII SMP. Module quality based on the results of expert material assessment is Good (B) with an average value of 3.2, grammar and graphic expert evaluation is Very Good (SB) with an average rating of 3.7, integration and interconnection expert assessment is Very Good (SB) with a value an average of 3.375, and the assessment of the science teacher is Good (B) with an average value of 3. Students' responses to the product in the limited trial and extensive trials obtain the Agree criteria (S) with a mean score of 0.9 and 0.84, respectively . %Z Pembimbing: Dr. Widayanti, M.Si
