A total of 250 persons from Special Region of Yogyakarta were polled for this study. The technique employs quantitative method based on the positivist philosophy to generalize samples from specific populations, gather data utilizing questionnaire research instruments, and conduct quantitative analysis to evaluate the hypotheses. The study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for the analytical method as it describes the structural relationship of the data, by the use of SmartPLS 3.0 software. According to the findings, the variables of attitude, subjective norm, intention, and religiosity all had a substantial beneficial impact on the financing decisions in Islamic banks. However, the Islamic financial literacy variable has no effect on the decision making. Based on the results of this study, the Theory of Reasoned Action is successfully constructed by incorporating religiosity as a moderating variable, and is able to give a considerable and favourable influence on the variable of intention on making finance in Islamic banks. While the Islamic financial literacy as a moderating variable is unable to contribute to the decision making. This research suggests that customers who are knowledgeable about Islamic finance are more likely to be unsatisfied with the bank financing products. As a result, Islamic banking must adhere to Islamic principles in its operational activities.
