The results of this study are presented in accordance with Sudarsono's theory, namely the evaluation of professional competence readiness and personal competence readiness. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with evaluation data analysis. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. In this study, researchers used data analysis techniques through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification/drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data, the techniques of observation extension, increased persistence and triangulation were used. The research subjects are iKuansing applications, staff and librarians. The object of this research is the readiness of librarian competencies in the construction and development of digital libraries. The results of this study are the readiness of librarian competencies in the construction and development of digital libraries in the Kuansing Dispersipation consisting of two types of competencies, namely: First, the readiness of professional competencies. According to the informant's evaluation of 10 indicators, 8 of the competencies are already owned by librarians, namely: librarians have the ability to create and manage efficient digital technology, librarians have the ability to monitor, filter, and select up-to-date, librarians have management knowledge and skills pusdokinfo, librarians have the ability to provide user education, librarians have the ability to use information technology for information distribution, librarians have the ability to develop information products that can be used anywhere, librarians are able to continuously update information services, librarians have the ability to understand the ethics of cyberspace already owned by the librarian. While 2 indicators do not yet have readiness, namely: librarians are able to assess the needs of users on a regular basis because librarians have not provided space for users to provide input and suggestions as evaluations for librarians and libraries, the second indicator is that librarians have not been able to communicate information services to leaders because at the time the strategic plan was drafted, by the planning department. Second, the readiness of personal competence, according to the informant's perception of 7 indicators; librarians have broad insight, librarians have the ability to provide excellent service, librarians have the ability to seek challenges and see new opportunities, librarians have the ability to work together both inside and outside the library, librarians have the ability to continue learning and learn to develop knowledge, librarians have the ability to communicate through media any communication, the librarian can be flexible to changes that have been made and run well. %K Kesiapan Kompetensi, Pustakawan, Perpustakaan Digital %D 2022 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib50709
