This research is quantitative in nature which aims to test the previously established hypotheses. This population in this study amounted to 30 employees. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test with IBM SPSS 25. The result showed that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, educational background does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And the last one is that competence, compensation, and educational background together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.} }
