In its application, monetary instruments require a mechanism so that monetary policy affects the economy, this mechanism is called the monetary policy transmission mechanism. In this study, the variabels used are BI Rate, Gold, JII, CPI, Investment, Output Gap and Inflation. Sources of data taken in this study came from BPS, BI, Bapepti, and Investing. The method used for data analysis is Vector Error Correction Modeling (VECM). In the long-term test results, only the Output gap variabel affects inflation. Meanwhile, in the short-term test results, there is a positive relationship between investment shocks and the output gap.
