In addition to testing the direct influence on e-loyalty, the study also examined the indirect influence of e-service quality, e-trust, and e-religion on e-loyalty through e-satisfaction. A total of 200 customers of Islamic bank digital banking users were selected as research samples. Quantitative approaches with Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis, used software WarpPLS 7.0 to analysis tools were in this study. The results showed that e-trust, e-religion, and e-satisfaction directly affect e-loyalty and e-service quality, e-trust, and e-religion affect e-satisfaction. Meanwhile, indirectly e-service quality and e-trust affect e-loyalty through e-satisfaction. %Z Pembimbing: Dr. Joko Setyono, S.E., M.Si.
